This is the Tellurium Q “entry level” Digital XLR cable but the performance is well beyond an entry level product. The Blue series of cables are warm and forgiving for systems with a slight edge or for those who like a more smooth laid back presentation.

Ultra Blue II looks the same as the old Ultra Blue except for the “II” denoting the new generation cable. The sound is fuller, more organic and better balanced in the whole range. The top end detail is still the same but everything else has risen to that performance level.
The old Black sounded “clumsy” compared to this new version Black II which is far more refined, on point musically and more in keeping with our research over the last 5 years. Looking very similar externally, the difference is apparent when you plug it into your system.
The new Silver power sits above the Black power cable in performance, the Silver power cable does a great job balancing the smooth attributes of the black cable while giving more energy, detail and dynamism that is the signature of the Tellurium Q Silver family.
This is the first Ultra Black power cable but it just seemed less confusing for customers if it is labelled the same as the rest of the Ultra Black range. It takes the place of the Ultra Silver but with improved performance and has the Ultra Black family sonic profile.
